Dennis B. Boykin IV
Dennis brings over 25 years of General Aviation airport management experience from airports in Arizona, Kansas, and Virginia, most recently completing 16 years as Chairman of the Leesburg (Virginia) Executive Airport Commission. His expertise encompasses land use planning, acquisition management, and strategic planning. Dennis is an instrument-rated pilot with experience in commercial airport governance, a combat veteran, and a former helicopter crew chief.
Richard Deloney
Rick is a retired USAF Colonel & strategic communicator with White House experience who brings over 45 years of contract management experience on both the commercial and government side. His expertise encompasses acquisition management, contracts operations, and strategic planning.
Hugh 'Bugs' Forsythe
Major General (Retired) Bugs Forsythe brings his USAF experience with the F-105, F-4, and F-16 fighters, along with a 30 year United Airlines career, to bear on commercial carrier operations and Part 129 airport needs. Bugs (as he is known) also has over 10 years of general aviation airport management background, is a former LearJet test pilot, a current corporate pilot, and is currently type-rated for multiple turbine & turboprop aircraft.
